ABSTRACT

Zou Y, MolVRML: build VRML models of 3D molecular structures, Onl J Bioinform., 6:1-7, 2005. MolVRML is a Java application for building VRML models from 3D structure data in the Protein Data Bank format. Six types of models can be created, and each model has three different styles except user model. The built models can be visualized with any VRML browser such as Cosmo Player or Cortona.
