molecular and docking of GLUT5 protein intestinal transport,.
Onl J Bioinform 27 (2) : 112-124, 2026. GLUT 5 fructose transporter,
without glucose in intestine, testis, kidney, skeletal muscle, fat tissue and
brain. We predict structure of GLUT5 protein by 3D model by crystal structure
of Glutaminase Domain of Glucosamine 6-Phosphate
Synthase. By molecular dynamics and minimization, Docking was done compared to
sweeteners and inhibitors suggesting saccharide fructose had most affinity.
